● Feed bin material is 275g/㎡ galvanized sheet.
● Various capacity of feed bin is available.
● Tight connection of roof sheet and wall ring sheet ensures good sealing property.
● Feed loading machine has high feed loading efficiency.
● Feed pan material: 100% PP. Antioxidant is applied to enhance its quality.
● The slide shut-off is used for adjusting feed drop hole on feed pipe from completely open to completely closed.
● Feed amount can be adjusted accurately in a simple and fast manner.
● The pan dish can be dismantled and used for feeding day-old chicks.
● Conveying auger is from South Africa.
● Steel feed tube diameter: 45mm
● Material of feed tube: Galvanized steel tube 275g/m2.
● Maximum length of feeding line should be less than 120m.
● 360° side action triggering, easy access to water.
● No O-rings, seals or steel balls is used. Fewer parts reduce problem risks.
● Little strength is needed to touch the triggering pin. It’s easy for day old chick to get water.
● It’s easy to clean the nipples if there is congestion after medicine is added into the water line.
● When chicks get older, the side action strength is bigger, then they can have more water. In this way chicks can get sufficient water at different age.
● The nipple drinker is installed on square water pipe. It’s easy to install and replace the drinkers. Meanwhile, square water pipe can keep the nipple drinker in vertical position.
● Water flow rate can be customized to meet the demands of your flock.
